DROVE PRIVACY POLICY

DROVE NETWORK LTD., its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, “Company” or “we”, “us”, or “our”) considers user privacy paramount, and we utilize great care in keeping the information of users private and secure. This Privacy Policy explains our practices in relation to all data collected. In this Privacy Policy we describe the information that we collect and how we use, disclose, share and protect information related to users.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users (“user”, “you” or “your”) who visit or use DROVE’s mobile app and related services provided by the Company (collectively “DROVE” or the “Services”).

Please carefully read the following to learn more about our Privacy Policy:

Subject to your consent by clicking Sign Up when joining DROVE as discussed in more detail below, we collect different kinds of information and data from and about users for a variety of purposes, through the following methods.

The personal information we collect will be kept in duly registered Company database. You are not required, by law, to disclose the personal information and disclosure depends solely on your desire. However, without such information, the Company will be unable to permit you to use DROVE. When providing your personal information, you agree to the inclusion of this information in the Company database and that the Company shall be permitted to make use thereof, pursuant to this Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law, as defined under the Terms of Service available at: https://www.drove.com/policies/terms. You hereby waive in advance and will be prevented from raising any argument, claim or request against the Company in connection with the saving of said information in the Company’s database.

We may use tracking tools and technologies to help us collect and store some of the information we describe above and to enable Services functionality to be provided.

4. How we use the information we collect

We may use the information we collect and store for the following purposes: (i) to provide, maintain, enrich and improve the performance of the Services and content offered by DROVE, as well as the user experience, including the creation of new features; (ii) to enrich the DROVE activity as a social network and generate increased sharing among its users; (iii) to facilitate your use of and our operation of the Services; (iv) to send you information relating to updates and/or improvements regarding the Services, content and proposals that may interest you, as well as general marketing and promotional materials related to DROVE and notifications by email and SMS about participating in actions or events that you have registered for and/or notifications regarding leaders which you are following on a regular basis (collectively, “Marketing Materials”). Marketing Materials will only be sent to you if you have granted your prior consent, including upon registration to DROVE or at another time, and so long as you did not cancel your said consent and/or where the terms of law so permit. You may, at all times, by clicking on the relevant link or by contacting us through email to support@drove.com, discontinue receipt of Marketing Materials; (v) for analytics research purposes, on an anonymous and aggregated basis; (vi) to create profiles of users; (vii) to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law; (viii) to provide you with advertisement that may be of interest to you, based on pages viewed by you when using DROVE; and (ix) for any other purposes as set forth in this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms of Services.

Company uses appropriate industry-standard security measures to protect the information it collects about you, which include the use of firewalls and encryption. However, no security program is foolproof and thus we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal or other information.

We retain information that we collect and receive in non-aggregate form for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, which in many cases is 12 months or less from your last interaction with our Services, unless a longer retention period is required by law or is necessary in order to comply with regulatory audits, court orders, legal proceedings, or law enforcement requests.

Where we do hold personal information about you, you can ask us for access to this personal information, to correct or update any inaccurate personal information we hold or to stop using your personal information altogether. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, you may be able to make the update by contacting us using the details provided below.

8. Information removal

Information that you uploaded to your personal profile page can be removed at any time by deleting it. Please note, deletion means removal from your personal profile page only and not that the information was fully removed from DROVE, or that others users do not have access thereto, assuming that some of it may have been uploaded by other users on DROVE or elsewhere.

You cannot remove posts or responses that you uploaded and other information that is not part of your personal profile page.

9. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect any information about children under the age of 13. Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure that children do not use our Services, we cannot guarantee that we have not received information related to your child’s online activities. If we become aware that we have collected information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately deleted from our database. If you believe your child has provided us with personally identifiable information please contact us through email, at report@drove.com to have the data provided by and associated with your child deleted.

10. Third party sites and applications

DROVE may contain links to other third party websites, applications or platform which are not owned or operated by the Company (“Third Party Sites”). You should be aware that we are not responsible for these Third Party Sites in any way, including without limitation, for the privacy practices of such Third Party Sites and for the way the owner or the operator of such Third Party Sites handles data. We recommend that users always carefully read the privacy policy of such Third Party Sites.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the DROVE App. You can review the most current version of the Privacy Policy. Your continued use of DROVE following the posting of any changes to the Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes. Therefore, you should frequently review the Privacy Policy and applicable policies to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of DROVE. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using DROVE.
